Ordering

In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.

We cannot guarantee the availability of all products. Whilst we make every effort to supply beers exactly as specified but reserve the right to supply beers of equal or superior value and/or quality in the event of an item being unavailable. If you would prefer not to receive substituted items please add a note to your order at checkout.

Bottles, glasses and labels can and do vary. The images shown on our website may not be the same as current stock items. If the bottle, glass or label is important please check before ordering. Branded glasses may contain small blemishes such as air bubbles etc, these are the result of the manufacturing process and are not deemed to be faulty.

Should you wish to make an amendment to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to accept amendments if your order is packed and ready for despatch.

Payment

Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept PayPal, and all UK credit and debit cards. You do not need to register for an account with PayPal to purchase from us, although it will make checkout smoother next time if you create an account with them.

Delivery

A parcel can typically consist of up to 12 standard size bottles. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. (e.g. orders placed by 12 noon Tuesday should be delivered Wednesday, orders placed by 12 noon Friday should be delivered Monday).

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation e-mail, please contact us so we can investigate.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who will need to report the theft to Police.

Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to a future order. All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the drivers manifest or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Goods lost will be replaced free of charge.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.

The courier will attempt to deliver twice after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

Arundel Brewery accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Whilst we try to ensure all pricing on the website is correct occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply items at the incorrect price.

Guarantee

Arundel Brewery are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. As a company, we are entirely dependent on our customers and welcome comments, suggestions, constructive criticism and complaints and will always do our utmost to help.

In the event of complaint, please contact us by telephone or email giving as much detail are you can. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve within 72 hours. We will keep you informed if there is any delay beyond this.
