Code of CONDUCT

A huge priority is the health and safety of everyone who attends The Brewhouse Project.
Arundel Brewery and The Brewhouse Project are committed to having a fun and safe environment at all times and at all events, free from harassment and discrimination of any kind. We will not tolerate any behaviour that undermines this. We expect all staff, volunteers and customers to uphold this code and show respect for others. We can’t stress the importance of this enough during our day to day service and any event we choose to host. Alcohol consumption is not an excuse to contradict this policy.

The Brewhouse Project (our taproom) already operates the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme. If at any point you feel unsafe or find yourself in a situation that you need to get out of, our team will be able to offer discrete support. If you witness/experience anything that you feel we should be aware of an anonymous reporting system will be in place.
